Two suspects shot at two people the morning of March 29 in the area of 95th Street and Main Street in Mesa and fled the scene, according to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies were called at 6:45 a.m., according to a press release.
“Deputies later learned that this stemmed from an argument on Facebook over a female; additional information gathered indicates this Facebook feud started Sunday,” MCSO Sgt. Joaquin Enriquez said in a press release.
There were no injuries reported and detectives are investigating to determine if any shots hit homes or structures.
“Victims in this case met the possibly known suspects in the area believing they would have a physical fight. This incident continues to be under investigation. No arrests have been made at this time,” Sgt. Enriquez said in the release.
